    Anna is a lawyer and a former Olympic level athlete with the United States Equestrian Association, and is the lead sports mediator at www.sportsombuds.com, whose mission is to prevent and resolve conflict in sport in order to maximize athletic success while reducing costs. She was lead author of the Guide to Administrative Fair Play which provides sport administrators with a reference to guide them in their roles as leaders of their respective organizations, with the specific objective to prevent or reduce the occurrence of sports-related disputes.
